Living Foods: The Jumbo
The Jumbo was designed for special needs, using the same standard parts as the Master. It stands five inches taller and holds three additional trays. It's great for bulky foods, including green leafy vegetables, herbs and mushrooms.
The trays feature special food-safe screening stretched over sturdy wooden frames.
It is uniquely designed to provide convection heat for efficient, clean, quiet, controlled low-cost drying.
This dehydrator can be converted to an alternate heat source in a variety of ways; hang it over a woodstove or steam radiator or set it over a furnace register. Many of our customers are experiencing good results in their endeavors to create an efficient solar heat dehydrator.

The Kit model contains the same high quality materials in kit form. All parts are precision cut and ready to assemble. All hardware is included: nails, screws, flex-a-catch door catches, even the glue. Includes detailed, illustrated instructions. The heater comes completely assembled and ready to plug in.
