recipe contributed by D. Hope from Sequim, Washington
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup dates
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 Tablespoon honey (scant)
- 1/2 cup macaroon coconut
Put dried fruit and nuts through fine food grinder. Add juice and honey. Mix well and form into
a roll. Wrap in wax paper and store in refrigerator 5 hours to thoroughly chill. Slice and serve.
(May substitute any dried fruit.)
